Booknerds, I’m sick.

Not with the virus but just seasonal change.

Whenever the season change from winter to spring or summer to fall really rapidly (temperatures) I get sick.

It sucks so much.

Tell me something good please!

I’m about to cry cause I’m sick and I always cry. FOR NO GOOD REASON 🙃

Booknerds, estoy enfermo.

Estou prestes a chorar porque estou doente e sempre choro. POR NENHUMA BOA MOTIVO 🙃

ADDICTEDFORBOOKSQUAD BOOK EVENT # 1  📚  B O O K S  W E  L O V E

╙ Day 6 : Book/series that made you laugh/cry for days

                                                             B O O K   R E C S

  1. Six of Crows duology by Leigh Bardugo - people who have already read this one know perfectly well why it’s on this list but rest assured, despite the angst, every fan of YA should read these books; they have well fleshed-out characters, interesting plot, amazing (and also complicated) relationships

  2. Trick by Natalia Jaster - everyone should be reading more of Natalia Jaster’s books! They have beautiful poetic writing that will pierce through the hardest shell of cynicism (case in point - me)

  3. Fall by Kristen Callihan - the newest book in VIP series; I don’t really know how to put it but basically, it’s been days and I’m still thinking about Jax and Stella’s story; I think this is the most emotional book Kristen Callihan written so far and the characters are so very human and relatable

  4. All for the Game by Nora Sakavic - just so. much. feeling. Basically, if you read tis series, you’re bound to fall in love with nine very problematic characters and their pain will be your pain

  5. The Score by Elle Kennedy - this is one of the happy ones! Sure, it does have some angst as well but mainly, it’s one of my prime “make-me-feel-good” books. It never fails to make me laugh and put me in this sort of giddy mood

  6. The Paul Street Boys by Ferenc Molnár - this is one of the books from my childhood; it has this ephemeral atmosphere of past days, fleeting innocence of childhood and friendship, experience of first loss…I remember reading it as a kid and thinking about it long after I finished it

  7. Rilla of Ingleside by Lucy Maud Montgomery - another classic from my teenage years; reading stories that in any way revolve around WWI or WWII is always a very emotional experience for me and I remember bawling my eyes out reading it - and still I’d read it again and again

  8. The Cemetery of Forgotten Books series by Carlos Ruiz Zafón - I only read the first two books of this series but I really need to catch up; the setting of murky and yet beautiful Barcelona of the 40s/50s paired with some intriguing plot makes for a rather unique and amazing story

  9. Devil in Spring by Lisa Kleypas - some “happy” books to finish the list with ;) If you’re a fan of historical romance, you should definitely read this one! It has a quirky smart-ass heroine who is just so lovable, it makes the whole book so much fun to read

  10. Jock Row by Sara Ney - cute, sexy and 100% angst-free sports romance; a perfect book if you want to just sit, relax and read some hella sexy banter

Since it’s not socially acceptable to read a book while you’re at a party, I want to host a party where everyone brings a book or two, and just reads together in the same room. It will be beautiful, and everyone will have a lovely time. I will be everyone’s favorite hostess.
